Custom Menus for Your Special Day

The Opera House will create a fabulous menu for your special event. Our professionally trained staff will work with you to create the perfect menu. You can choose between options for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner designed to suit your appetite and budget.

Award-Winning Menu Selection

At The Opera House, we offer many selections from a simple continental breakfast for a business meeting to an elegant five-course wine dinner for a magnificent wedding. We also offer a hot luncheon buffet or plated service for lunch or dinner. Or, select from the many choices for a buffet meal, including a carving station, full-service bar, and butler passed appetizer for a cocktail party.

Our award-winning chefs will work with you and our Banquet Coordinator to prepare the perfect custom menu for your party or event. All of our food is prepared in the Great Outdoors Restaurant kitchen right below the Opera House where we have consistently received the Golden Spoon culinary award from Florida Trend Magazine since 2010!

OUR BAR SERVICES

The Opera House’s beautifully back lit onyx bar creates the perfect atmosphere for your special event. Choose a specific bar menu for your guests from our broad selection of imported or domestic bottled beer, wines from our extensive wine list and top shelf cocktails. Our professional bartenders provide top-notch service attending to every guest and every detail to make your special even an exceptional one!

Always full service. Cash Bar or Open Bar is available upon request.
Coffee, tea, and soda beverage service included.

All weddings receive complimentary champagne toast for the bride and groom! All sales are subject to Florida sales tax of 7% and 25% gratuity.
